So here is the completed move list I'm leaning toward. The unique armors like 4th, Gaea, Shadow, etc shouldn't share. They can share colors with themselves since many have the white, red, blue, yellow motif. All armors should not share a palette with Vanilla X. It'll probably be 500 and he may max out his super meter a bit higher at 5000 instead of 3000 Mostly for how much meter a Light Capsule costs. But since my DS template is not complete I'll make him in POTS/JMM style so some alterations will be made. Note that this move list is with DarkStalkers style in mind. I needed to move second one a fair bit to the left through pivot before it was in-line with other poses. I end up doing this for my own game from time to time when I get files from an animator, only takes few minutes. But if given image has a different size or it feels off then you can wiggle with it to get it into place compared to your other animations. Base is 0.5, 0.5 aka exactly in the middle of the image. That being said - game engines generally DO have options to align your individual animations (in Unity it's called a pivot).
That format is not meant for easily reusing in your own projects. Well yea, it was extracted from a game which used Sprite Atlas or equivalent to pack them up neatly. Just wasted 3 hours cutting up this sheet for nothing.
